Requirements: Is the system operational before the start of service? The temperature must be above 70°F to service the air conditioner.
Seasonal Maintenance Includes:
- Visually inspect the air conditioner and furnace
- Replace filter
- Inspect all wiring for loose connections and frays
- Check contactor
- Check capacitor
- Check the level of the unit
- Check high/low-pressure cut-outs
- Wash outdoor unit and clean off dirt and debris
- Cycle system on from thermostat
- Amp motor
- Amp compressor
- Check charge
Plumbing Safety Inspection:
- Flush tank type water heater
- Check stops under sinks
- Test water pressure
- Check toilet and sinks for any leaks
Electrical Safety Inspection:
- Check health of panel and meter
- Check general wiring
- Check grounding system
- Check GFCI’s
- Check Smoke Detectors
Mini Split Ductless Membership
$11.60/monthly includes:
* Single Zone Ductless Mini Split Maintenance
* Main Mini Split Head Cleaning & Tuning
* Once a year between April-August
* No dispatch fees for maintenance calls
* $30 for Each Additional Head Cleaning & Tuning
*Transferrable if you move within our 35-mile service area
*Discounted Service Call Fees of $69 (Regular Price: $89)
Requirements: Is the system operational before the start of service? The temperature must be above 45 degrees to service The Heat Pump.
Includes:
- Visually Inspect Mini Split
- Clean all dust and debris out of the unit
- Clean and tune the indoor filter
- Clean and tune the indoor coil
- Inspect all wiring for loose connections and frays
- Clean and tune the outdoor coil
- Cycle furnace on from Thermostat
- Check all Safety Components
- Cycle Furnace off at Thermostat
No Air Conditioner? That’s okay!
For just $16.60/monthly you can join the furnace only membership program. This will get you the same benefits for your furnace only. (rules apply)
